Long Beach & Experience That I'll Never Forget

16th September 2007 : - It was a day's out for the volunteers of the turtle research & conservation programme in Bubbles Dives Resort. 13 of them went to Long Beach to have a days fun which normally slotted in the programme. They went over after lunch & Harrick, Merv and me went over in the evening after everything is done. Not half through the boat ride over to long beach it rained shit!! and we were all wet from sea water & rain water. The boat swayed left & right while we were speeding there as the wave is abit high. Considered it as the best boat ride i ever had.

Stayed over at Panorama. When reached there we looked for the girls & got the keys from them then took over showers. Moved over for dinner still in Panorama. Food over there was not bad. After dinner we moved on to the bar beside which we partied whole night there. That was fun as this is an another first for me. Everyone seemed to know my birthday so it kind of like celebrating my birthday. We drink, drank but not drunk. When the clock ticked close to 12am got hugs and wishes from most of them. It was really fun as again i'm doing my birthday without my family and friends. Partied till the wee hours.

Then when we reached back to the Bubbles the next day, they made a little surprise birthday celebration for me. As there was no cake over in the island Rids the chef here made a chocolate pancake and poked some candles. The ladies blew some balloons & made a card for me as well. Really appreciate that effort to make a birthday card with a piece of paper & coloured the drawn images with their cosmetics. Really really a different kind of celebration.

So there it goes my night's out cum celebration of my birthday over at the long beach.
